By choosing to work with Bodex Digitals, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms are designed to protect both you (the client) and our company, ensuring a smooth and professional working relationship.
1. Services Offered
We provide professional video editing, YouTube channel management, monetization support, and growth optimization services. Services may include:
Video editing (long-form, shorts, reels, podcasts, etc.)
YouTube SEO & thumbnails
Channel setup and branding
Monetization support
Analytics & growth strategy
Community & content scheduling
2. Client Responsibilities
To begin any project, clients must:
Provide all necessary raw materials (footage, logos, text, etc.)
Give timely feedback for revisions or approvals
Add us as a channel manager (for channel management tasks)
Make agreed-upon payments as outlined in invoices
3. Payment Terms
50% upfront required before starting most projects
100% upfront required for:
New channel setup
Branding package
Monetization setup
Final files are delivered only after full payment is received.
Accepted methods: Bank Transfer, Crypto (BTC/USDT), Skrill
Custom arrangements can be made if your country doesn’t support those options.
4. Turnaround Time
Delivery time varies based on project size and complexity.
Standard editing is typically delivered within 3–5 business days.
Rush delivery available at extra cost (subject to availability).
5. Revisions
We offer up to 2 free revision rounds per project.
Additional revisions may incur a fee, depending on the scope.
Feedback must be clear, consolidated, and provided within a reasonable time.
6. Refund & Cancellation
No refunds once work has started or files have been delivered.
If a project is canceled before editing begins, a partial refund may be issued.
Monthly management retainers must be canceled 5 days before renewal.
7. Ownership & Usage Rights
Upon final payment, all final content becomes the client’s intellectual property.
We may use samples of work (with client permission) in our portfolio or social media.
Raw files or project files are not included unless otherwise agreed.
8. Confidentiality
All client data, content, and credentials are treated as strictly confidential.
We do not sell, trade, or share any of your personal or business information.
9. Platform Limitations
YouTube monetization, growth, and performance depend on YouTube’s algorithm and community guidelines — results are not guaranteed, but we apply proven strategies to maximize success.
We do not engage in paid views, bots, or any non-organic growth tactics.
10. Termination of Services
Either party may terminate the agreement with prior written notice.
Any work completed up to the date of termination will be billed accordingly.
