1. Client Privacy & Data Protection
Your trust means everything to us. We are committed to protecting your data, intellectual property, and privacy.
Any raw footage, scripts, login credentials, or content shared with us will be kept strictly confidential.
We do not share your personal or brand information with any third parties.
All access provided (YouTube Studio, Drive folders, etc.) is used solely for project purposes.
2. YouTube Channel Access Requirements
To begin working on your channel, the following are mandatory:
You must add us as a Channel Manager (via YouTube Studio – under "Permissions") before we start any optimization, posting, or content work.
Access can be removed at any time after the project ends or upon request.
3. Payments & Billing
We operate on a transparent and fair payment structure:
50% upfront payment is required for most services before we begin.
100% upfront payment is required for:
New channel setup
Branding kits
Monetization preparation services
Accepted payment methods: Bank Transfer, BTC, other Crypto, Skrill.
If your country doesn’t support the above, we’ll help find an alternative solution that works for both sides.
Invoices and receipts are issued for all payments upon request.
4. Delivery Timelines & Communication
Delivery dates vary based on the project’s scope and will be agreed upon in advance.
We typically communicate via email, WhatsApp, Telegram, or Discord depending on client preference.
Urgent projects or same-day delivery may incur rush fees.
5. Revisions Policy
We offer 2 rounds of free revisions on all editing projects.
Additional revisions will be billed depending on the work required.
We encourage clients to share clear, consolidated feedback for faster turnaround.
6. Monetization & Growth Disclaimer
We provide full support to grow and optimize your channel, including:
Thumbnail & title strategy
SEO optimization (descriptions, tags, etc.)
Engagement and retention boosting edits
However:
YouTube’s monetization approval is not guaranteed and depends entirely on their internal review process and community guidelines.
We do not manipulate views, subscribers, or use bots — all our growth is organic and compliant.
7. Refund & Cancellation Policy
If work has not yet started, a partial refund may be issued after review.
If editing or channel work has already begun, no refunds will be offered.
For long-term projects or retainers, cancellations must be requested at least 5 days in advance of the next billing cycle.
8. Intellectual Property
All completed videos and channel assets belong to you, the client upon full payment.
We reserve the right to showcase clips of completed work for portfolio purposes, unless you explicitly request otherwise.
9. Security
All work and file transfers are handled via secure platforms such as Google Drive, Dropbox, and password-protected tools.
YouTube access is managed through official permission roles, not password sharing, to keep your account safe.
10. Policy Updates
We may update this Privacy & Policy document periodically. Clients will be notified of any major changes that impact ongoing work or service terms.
